Returns & refunds
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. In order to do that you have to contact us first via email through our Contact form on our webpage.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was received: it must not have been worn, washed, modified in any way, and must be complete with all tags and accessoriesand together with the original packaging included.
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging provided with it.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Types of return
- Return for a refund
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may request a return for a refund. In order to do that you have to contact us first via email through our Contact form on our webpage within no more than 14 days from receipt of the product.
- Return for exchange
A return for exchange request may be made for a different size of the garment only. It is not possible to request that a garment be replaced with a different product. In order to request a return for exchange you have to contact us first via email through our Contact form on our webpage within no more than 14 days from receipt of the product.
How to return
When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order, in the reusable byDessi packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
Return for free at a drop-off point near you
Prepare your return
- Place the item inside the byDessi packaging - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases.
- Attach your Return Label to the outside of the byDessi packaging.
- If you received a Return Note with your order, attach it to the outside of your package.
- Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. Make a note of the Waybill Number to track your return.
When your package is collected or dropped off, make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.
All the documents you need to return your item should be included in your byDessi package. To track the return of your package, use the Waybill Number from the Waybill Doc included in your order.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our brand, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
